| MattH | I prefer PHP to Perl...as you can mix HTML & PHP easily. |
| LornsLady | the book says it can teach me in 24 hours ...the last couple of chapters have taken me 2-3 hours to complete |

| MattH | Those 24 hours books are only true if you already know how to program - even if they say otherwise. |
| LornsLady | I know...I read a book a while back that teaches how to program for those who've never done it...it helped, but it's been a long time since I read that |
| LornsLady | It's just all confusing...I don't get the difference between certain functions and when one thing is assigned to another yet becomes something else :-S |
| MattH | My advice is start with small scripts and work your way up. |

| MattH | My knowledge of Angel is more limited than Buffy, but that is because I have repressed lots of season 3 & 4 |
