No new fanfiction, but I added a Downloads section to the site, with a couple of clipbooks I use to help make Palm Reader E-Books. More fanfiction to come soon.

In other news, Palm Computing has come out with desktop versions of their Palm Reader Software for both Windows and Macintosh, which means you can read the fanfiction here on your computer as well as your PDA. The new versions may be downloaded from their website.

Sorry for the lack of updates – in the past three months I have had major computer problems: two dead hard drives, a fried motherboard, and a dead video card. I’ve also been job hunting and working on other people’s websites, so I haven’t had much time to devote to this one.

Four new fics added to the site – the latest two episodes in Ryan Kinkor’s Harsh Legacy series, Doyle Investigations’ Lightning Lover, and The Long Winding Road Home by Sovereign and Starcrossed. I discovered a couple of minor errors in the conversion of On The Road To Serenity, so I fixed those also. I have a couple more that I have converted but not proofed, but they should be up later this week.

I’ve switched from the Java based Makebook utility to Palm’s new dropbook, so new additions may not be compatible with older versions of Palm/Peanut Reader. The solution is to go on over to www.palm.com/ebooks and update to the latest version of Palm Reader.

Major site overhaul – I switched to Cascading Style Sheets, changed the color scheme, and created a new logo. I’ve also added a guestbook back to the site (Easyboard from http://www.onlinetools.org/easyboard/). Finally, I’ved added three new fics to the E-Books section – two new episodes of Harsh Legacy by Ryan Kinkor and Christmas Spirit by the wonderful people at Doyle Investigations.

I’ve tested the site with Opera 6, IE 5.5, and Mozilla Mozilla 0.9.8. If you have any problems or would just like to provide a little feedback, just e-mail me.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I was laid off from my job at Universal Studios so life has been a little hectic lately. In addition, @Home went bankrupt. As they were my Internet Service Provider and hosted the site I have had to move the LaunchPad Zero yet again. I have decided to use a professional webhosting company, PowWeb and have registered a url, www.launchpadzero.net so it is unlikely I will end up moving it again anytime in the near future.

No new fanfiction up at the moment, but I should have some new stuff up in a couple of days.
